Affirming, experiential,
mind-body psychotherapy
Sometimes in life we reach a point where, despite our most heroic efforts to feel and be okay, we can’t willpower, think, or numb our way through.
These moments can feel confusing, discouraging, or isolating. They often arise in the context of grief and loss, depression, anxiety, questions of identity, relationship difficulties, earlier experiences, life transitions, aging, or the effects of marginalization and injustice.
Over time, they may also be shaped by an accumulation of self-doubt and shame, which can lead to patterns of self-sabotage.
In our work together, we begin by creating a sense of safety. From there, we can turn toward difficulties—at a pace that feels manageable—while also recognizing the strengths and capacities you already carry.
I work experientially, paying close attention to what’s happening in the moment—both in what you’re sharing and in your emotional and bodily experience.
Over time, this can open the door to meaningful change—supporting greater self-compassion, aliveness, and a more comfortable way of being with yourself and others.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
